For our spring farm unit, I was able to borrow an incubator and was loaned some chicken eggs and we had the 21 day count down to see them hatch! As a celebration I had a parent make some Happy Birthday Chick cupcakes to help the kids celebrate. Here is a picture of the adorable cupcakes that we will enjoy tomorrow as we celebrate the birth of our baby chicks!
Adorable!I remember in my kindergarten class watching chicks hatch! What a cool experience you are engaging your learners in. Think about how exciting it is for them!
